How is the directly effective depth and effective water length of
the SEAFULL paddle wheel aerators?
1. Directly effective depth :
SC-0.75 (1HP) paddle wheel aerator is 0.8M from the water level
SC-1.5 (2HP) paddle wheel aerator is 1.2M from the water level
2. Effective water length :
SC-0.75 ( 1HP/ 2 impellers ) : 40 Meters
SC-1.5 ( 2HP/ 4 impellers ) : 70 Meters
During the strong water circulation, oxygen can be dissolved into
the water to 2-3 meters water depth. The paddle wheel could also
concentrate the waste, splash out the gas, adjust the water
temperature and help the decomposition of organic matters.
How many units of paddle wheel aerators to be used in the shrimp
ponds?
1. According to the stocking density :
SC-0.75 (1HP) should be used 8 units in one HA pond if the stocking
is 30 pcs / square meter.
2. According to the harvesting tons :
If the harvest expected is 4 Tons per HA should be installed in the
pond 4 units of SC-1.5(2HP); the other words is 1 Ton / 1 unit.
How to maintain the paddle wheel aerator?
MOTOR:
1. After each harvest, sand off and brush away the rust on the
surface of motor and repaint it. This is to prevent corrosion and
enhance heat dissipation.
2. Make sure the voltage is stable and normal when the machine is
in operation. This is to prolong the life of motor.
REDUCER:
1. Replace gear lubrication oil after the machine being used for
the first 360 hours and once every other 3,600 hours later. This is
to reduce the friction and prolong the life of reducer. Gear oil
#50 is being used and standard capacity is 2.2 liters. ( 1 gallon =
3.8 liters )
2. Maintain surface of the reducer.
HDPE FLOATS:
Clean off the fouling organisms on the floats after each harvest.
This is to maintain the normal submergence depth and optimal
oxygenation.
We also offer one-year warranty and conditions are as follows:
We provide repair and/or adjustment service for one year from the
date of delivery ( B/L date ) against defects in workmanship and
materials subject to the following requirements :
1. Motor damage by high/low voltage and/or short of electric phases
which is incurred by power is not covered.
2. Part damage caused by buyer's failure to replace the gear oil in
the reducer is not covered.
3. Evidence of impact and/or mishandling, tampering, chemical
corrosion, use contrary to the applicable operation and/or
installation instructions, or damage resulting from repair
performed by other service shop.
